At the Center for Evaluation and Measurement at Kuwait University, we believe that informed decision-making begins with accurate data and fair assessment. Our role is to ensure that evaluation practices—whether for students, faculty, or programs—meet the highest standards of quality, transparency, and integrity. Through rigorous testing, innovative methodologies, and data-driven insights, we strive to support the university’s mission of academic excellence and continuous improvement.

Beyond the university, our center also extends its services to external institutions, offering consultancy in educational measurement and institutional evaluation. Whether you're a student taking a national exam, a faculty member seeking performance feedback, or an organization pursuing strategic insights, we are here to help you turn information into impact. We are committed to maintaining an environment of trust, objectivity, and service to Kuwait’s educational community.

Dr. Sulaiman AlRafee
